Faith. Family. Business. Stewardship.
Meet Jamaar Manlove
For Jamaar Manlove, success has never been defined solely by what you own, what you earn, or what you build. It is defined by how faithfully you steward what has been placed in your hands—and how many people are better because you were here.
Jamaar has been married to his wife and partner, Rhonda Manlove, since June 23, 2007. Together, they are the parents of four children: Monique, Isaac, Joshua, and McKayla. Their marriage, family, faith, and shared commitment to serving others remain at the center of everything they build.
Today, Jamaar and Rhonda reside in Florida, where their journey as entrepreneurs, leaders, and servants has grown into several businesses, ministries, and initiatives.
Building With Purpose
We are a company created to serve business owners and help entrepreneurs build stronger businesses.
But our vision extends far beyond business.
We are also building and supporting initiatives including Stewards — Because We Manage for the Lord, The Joseph Room, and The Father's House, an orphanage and ministry with a vision to establish locations around the world.
Each initiative reflects a common conviction
What we have is not simply ours to possess. It has been entrusted to us to manage, multiply, and use for the benefit of others.
A Foundation of Faith
Long before entrepreneurship became a major part of his life, ministry and service were helping shape the man Jamaar would become.
Jamaar has served as a youth pastor and has also served in pastoral ministry. Those experiences developed his passion for people, leadership, teaching, mentorship, and helping others recognize what is possible for their lives.
His biblical and academic studies have included Victory Christian Fellowship Bible School, Philadelphia Biblical University, Chesapeake Bible College, and online studies through the University of Phoenix.
The principles he learned through faith and ministry continue to influence the way he approaches marriage, leadership, business, relationships, and stewardship today.
Leadership Beyond the Boardroom
Jamaar's passion for developing people has also extended to athletics.
He has served as the head high school basketball coach at City of Life, where coaching provided another opportunity to develop young people beyond their performance on the court—teaching discipline, teamwork, responsibility, perseverance, and leadership.
His experience in the payments industry has also led him to serve as a member of the Paysafe Advisory Council, providing an opportunity to contribute his experience and perspective to the broader financial technology and payments industry.
Connect, Cultivate, Create
CONNECT — Connect with Jesus first, and from that relationship, learn how to connect genuinely with people. Strong relationships—with God, family, friends, employees, customers, and community—are the foundation for everything that follows.
CULTIVATE — Faithfully develop what God has placed in your hands. Gifts, relationships, businesses, opportunities, resources, and people all require attention, patience, discipline, and stewardship to grow.
CREATE — Use what has been cultivated to create businesses, opportunities, solutions, resources, and environments where people can flourish.
Inspired by the principles found in John 15, Jamaar believes that lasting fruit begins with connection. Before there can be fruit, there must be a healthy connection to the source
Grow in faith
Jamaar's Mission
Connect with Jesus.
Cultivate what He has entrusted to you.
Create something that produces fruit for others.
Jamaar's mission is not simply to build successful businesses. It is to build people, strengthen families, create opportunities, practice faithful stewardship, and leave a legacy that continues producing fruit for generations to come.
